Mr.Kaypee's Legendary Chicken Biryani

If max restaurant has it's fried chicken that says "the house that fried was built" then I can honestly say this is the dish that built the reputation of Mr. Kaypee as a great indian cook.

Every part of india has a version to this popular dish. With Mr. Kaypee's version, the dish consists of indian basmati rice (long grain), chunky chicken breasts and more than 15 herbs that will make KENTUCKY fried chicken's 11 herb and spices jealous!

To appreciate this food, one has to eat this dish slowly and savor the different herbs and spices that makes up this great tasting dish.

At the moment, Mr.Kaypee cooks this only on fridays. And when he does, it's always sold out. It's better to call and text him for reservation.
